📦 Shipping Charges

To maintain simple and fair pricing, Rakshini’s will charge:

👉 ₹70 per 1 kg of products ordered

• Charges are calculated based on total parcel weight including product + packaging.

• Different courier companies follow different pricing and delivery methods; hence, this standard rate helps maintain transparency for all customers.

• Rakshini’s may waive or reduce the shipping fee for specific consignments at its sole discretion.

🕒 Order Processing & Dispatch

• All orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

• Dispatch will be done only after proper packing and quality checks.

• You will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Time

• Standard delivery time: 5–7 working days depending on your location and courier efficiency.

• Remote areas may take extra time as per courier service availability.

⚠️ Courier Partner Responsibilities

Rakshini’s Organic relies on third-party delivery partners.
Therefore:

• We cannot be held responsible for delays, damages, delivery failures, or operational errors caused by the courier company.

• However, we will support you as much as possible in coordinating with the courier partner.

If you believe there is a genuine issue with the product received from Rakshini’s:

📌 Please follow this mandatory process:

1. Take a video showing the unopened parcel clearly.

2. Open the parcel on camera without any cuts or edits.

3. Share the video immediately with us at:

This helps us verify the issue and offer proper support or replacement if applicable.

🔁 Non-Delivery / Wrong Delivery

• If a courier partner incorrectly delivers, misroutes, or loses a parcel, Rakshini’s cannot be held liable for their mistake.

• We will assist in raising a claim or enquiry with the courier partner on your behalf.

📮 Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details.
Rakshini’s is not liable for delays or returns due to incorrect addresses.

🚫 Return-to-Origin (RTO)

If an order returns due to:

• Unreachable phone number

• Wrong address

• Customer not available

• Refusal to accept

Shipping charges must be repaid for reshipping.
